How to Delete Your Account

1. Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Unstuckable app and log in with the email or username associated with your account.
2. If you have an active subscription, go to your profile page and press “Delete My Account”
3. If you do not have a subscription, press the hamburger menu in the top right and press press “Delete My Account”

2. What We Erase (Immediately)

1. Profile information (name, email, avatar)
2. Messages, comments & activity logs
3. Any files you’ve uploaded

3. What We Keep

1. Anonymized analytics (up to 30 days)
2. Transaction/legal records (up to 5 years, as required by law)
3. Support logs (up to 12 months for follow-up)
